Punktuation is a three-piece punk rock high school band from Te Puke. Born out of frustration with the school system, their music channels rebellion and disillusionment. Punktuation blends Nirvana’s raw energy, the timelessness of The Beatles, and the post-punk edge of Joy Division.
And if that isn't enough, on the bill for the night are Skonk and Sewerside Rats.
Skonk have been lighting up stages and places across the region for a while now and always put on a high energy show the defies description. Like Punktuation, they are eclectic in their influences and their show reflects that.
Sewerside Rats are relatively new to the Tauranga scene but in their brief history, they have created a huge and loyal following who love their raw power. Not to mention the sheer talent on display.
