Soaring Collective are made up of Cian O Cinnseala and Serge Balmer. They are both long-time New Zealand residents who got together in 2019 to produce the kind of ambient / downtempo electronic music that has always inspired them. The two stipulations they came up with were to create music that was coming from an ego-less perspective and music you could go soaring to, hence the name Soaring Collective.
