This Matariki will see a symphony of hand sculptured ceramics that have traditional Māori origins. "Whakarākei" - is a selection of adornments that will combine muka - extracts from harakeke/flax together with ceramics that have been thoughtfully prepared for this Matariki season.
Hayley's works are glazed and fired using our community resources and kilns; encompassing many years of the sharing knowledge to deliver this body of works.

This exhibition launch preview is Friday 3rd of July - 5.30pm at The Incubator Creative Hub, The Historic Village, 17th Ave, Tauranga. Licensed Bar onsite, and everyone is welcome.
On display at The Pot House Gallery from the 4th of July to the 25th of July, 10am – 3pm.
