Momentum by Skye Carson-Wilson in The Incubator Gallery
Skye is a vibrant artist known for celebrating the female form. After two successful solo exhibitions, she is set to reveal her third collection exploring identity and women's strength. Her work in The Midnight Circus exhibition showcased her talent for immersive artistic experiences. As a tattoo artist, she combines design and storytelling, creating inked masterpieces that reflect personal narratives, linking the permanence of tattoos with the transient beauty of paint.

Ipu – An exhibition of Vessels in Okorore Ngā Toi Māori Gallery.
The first exhibition of the year up in our treasured whare, is going to continue the high standard of exhibitions celebrating Toi Māori.

Curated by the amazing kaitiaki and resident artist Hayley Smith. These ipu or vessels represent many media and forms - speaking of taonga tuku iho - or treasures handed down, interpretations from a collective of wāhine.

The Friends of the Incubator Art Showcase in The People’s Gallery – Toi ka rere
"There are friends, there is family, and then there are friends that become family."

Curated by our longest standing resident artist Nick Eggleston we welcome the wonderful work of seven amazing local artists who belong to The Hub Family

The group all have a historic link to The Incubator, some going back to the foundation of The Incubator Creative Hub over 10 years ago. Friends are forever.

Fractured and Flawed – By Susanne Boonen in The Pot House Exhibition Gallery.
Get ready to feast your eyes on the fabulous creations of Whakatāne Ceramic Artist Susanne, where every piece tells a story of being beautifully imperfect!

In a world obsessed with the flawless, this collection struts its stuff, celebrating the gorgeous simplicity of the "fractured and flawed." Remember, folks: “perfection is just a matter of perspective!”

Mixed Media Showcase – The Cube, Imprint Gallery.
Expect a stunning selection of mixed media works by renowned local artists in the grooviest and smallest gallery in the Village – The Cube Gallery is a wonderful gallery within a gallery – Check it out!
