The Artery - Art learning space, Tauranga Historic Village, 17th Avenue

Create and design a 3D sculpture. Learn how to use tools to shape stone with award winning and experienced tutor and artist Rex O'Brien.

Rex holds a Diploma in Art BOP Polytechnic, has been carving for over 18 years and been instrumental in organising and participating in carving symposiums nationwide.

Very small class with a max of 5 students.

Tutor: Rex O’Brien
One full weekend, dates: 19 and 20 October 2019
Time: 9.30am to 3.30pm

All materials, safety gear and tools supplied.

Bring a packed lunch any tools you wish to use, wear closed shoes.
